Deniz Bozer

A. Deniz Bozer is full professor (1993) at the Department of English Language and Literature at Hacettepe University. She received her BA, MA and PhD (1981) from Hacettepe, as well as a second MA from the Department of English Literature at Georgia State University in Atlanta. In addition to courses on British cultural studies, she mainly teaches British drama across the centuries. She is the editor of three books, several book chapters and book reviews. She has published extensively in journals on British drama, comparative literature, literary translation and the short story. Currently she is the director of the Centre for British Literary and Cultural Studies at the same institution. She is also a member of the Turkish Association of Theatre Critics, affiliated with the International Association of Theatre Critics (IATC) and regularly writes play reviews.
